Our Team
In 2004, Alex began his journey in A/V by volunteering at a megachurch with state-of-the-art equipment. Upon graduating in 2008, he began contracting with various production companies in Atlanta gaining valuable real-world experience. In 2021, he launched his very own company called, “A.W. Technologies”. This first launch was focused on integration work. In 2022, the company closed its doors due to global struggles in the A/V field due to Covid-19. In 2024, Alex and Ellen met through a mutual friend and shortly after started dating. That same year, they married and Alex rebranded to “A.W. Productions” where they focus on both integration and production rentals.
Alex and Ellen Armstrong have a diverse portfolio of shows they’ve produced both individually and together. Ellen has a strong focus in lighting with experience in video production and event planning. Alex has a strong focus in audio, video, lighting, rigging, designing. In a short amount of time, they have been able to accomplish several milestones in record time – proof that they have made a name for themselves and the company nationwide.
We also believe that our success is due in large part to our incredible pool of contractors. We simply couldn’t do what we do without them!
